How to Apply
  • 🧼1. Clean and dry the surfaceScrub off dirt, loose grout and any mould, then let it dry completely. The gel bonds to a clean dry surface — it will not stick properly to a damp or greasy one.
  • 🖌2. Brush it onWork the gel along the joint or crack with the brush or spatula, pressing it in rather than skimming over the top. Overlap slightly past each end of the damaged section.
  • 🧻3. Tidy up before it setsWipe any excess off the surrounding surface with a damp cloth while the gel is still wet. Once cured it is far harder to remove.
  • ⏳4. Let it cure undisturbedKeep the area dry and leave it alone until fully cured. Don’t run water over a fresh shower joint or let rain hit a fresh outdoor repair.
  • 💧What it is forSealing joints, hairline cracks and gaps on sound surfaces. It is not a structural repair — a failing roof, a broken pipe or crumbling masonry needs fixing properly first.

Had a gutter seam dripping down the wall for two winters. Cleaned it, brushed this on, wall's been dry since. Goes on white and dries completely clear ✅

Being in a tub rather than a cartridge is the whole point. No gun, no nozzle to cut. Brushed it straight into a corner a gun would never reach. Quick delivery too 👍

I'd been quoted a call-out fee for a shower joint. Cleaned it, brushed this on, wiped the edges — twenty minutes and it looks like new 😊

Scrubbed the black mould off and sealed the joint. Six weeks on it's still clean, which never happened when I just bleached it. Brilliant stuff!

The texture is the clever bit — thick enough to stay put on a vertical joint instead of running down it. Makes the job far less fiddly. Thanks Kimeo!

110,000+ Orders Shipped Since 2019

Silicone goes yellow. Grout goes black. Tape peels off by spring. W50 Pro goes on as a thick white gel, cures completely clear, and stays flexible instead of cracking the first time the joint moves.

Goes On White, Dries Clear: the repair disappears — no yellow line, no visible patch.

Goodbye Mould: seal the joint and water stops getting in behind the tile.

Sticks to Anything: tile, wood, metal, stone, concrete and uPVC.

Indoors and Out: bathrooms, kitchens, showers, roofs, gutters and terraces — one tub.

FAQ

Yes. It goes on as a thick pale white gel so you can see exactly where you've put it, and cures completely clear. That's the difference with silicone, which leaves a visible bead that yellows over time. On a tiled joint or a window frame, a cured W50 Pro repair is hard to spot at all.

Tile, wood, metal, stone, concrete and uPVC, indoors and outdoors. What matters more than the material is the state of it: the surface must be clean, dry and sound. It won't bond to a damp, greasy or crumbling surface, however suitable the material itself is.

No. That's rather the point. It comes in a tub, not a cartridge, and you apply it with a brush or a spatula. No gun to buy, no nozzle to cut, no half-used cartridge going hard in the shed. It also means you can work it into awkward corners a gun can't reach.

Keep the area dry and undisturbed until fully cured — don't run the shower over a fresh joint or let rain hit an outdoor repair. A thicker coat takes noticeably longer than a thin one. [À VÉRIFIER : temps de séchage au toucher et temps de durcissement complet]

A single 300g tub covers a typical household job — a shower surround, a run of window frames or a stretch of guttering.

No. It stays flexible once cured rather than setting hard, so it moves with the joint as the building expands and contracts. That's what usually kills a rigid filler: the first cold snap opens a hairline split and the water finds its way back in.

Be careful here. It's made for sealing joints, hairline cracks and gaps on surfaces that are otherwise sound — a tile joint, a gutter seam, a flashing edge. It is not a structural repair. If tiles are broken, timber is rotten or a pipe has failed, fix that properly first, then seal. Sealing over a real fault just hides it until the damage is worse.

It's covered by a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Email us with your order number and we'll replace it. No hoops, no proof-of-purchase hunting: we have your order on file.

You have 60 days from delivery to request a full refund — well beyond your statutory 14-day right to cancel. Email us and we'll send a short return form. Once it's back with us, you're refunded in full.

Solid and reliable
Good adhesion and a clean finish once dry. A little slow to cure if you lay it on thick, but nothing else to fault. Very handy for quick repairs around the house.

Dries fast and stays soft
Pretty pleased. The gel holds well, dries quickly and stays flexible. Ideal for small jobs around the house. The 300g tub is a sensible size too, neither too small nor too much.

You honestly can't see it
That was the bit I was sceptical about. Went on white, dried completely clear. Looking at the shower joint now you'd never know anything had been done to it.

No gun, no mess
Being in a tub rather than a cartridge is the whole appeal. Brushed it straight into the corner where a gun would never have reached. Wiped the excess off with a damp cloth and done.

Sorted the gutter seam
Water had been running down the wall for two winters. Cleaned the seam, brushed this on, and the wall has stayed dry since. Should have done it years ago.

Easy enough that I did it myself
No special tools and no skill required. Clean it, brush it on, wipe the edges. I'd been quoted a call-out fee for what took me twenty minutes.

Thick enough not to run
The texture is the clever part — it stays where you put it instead of running down a vertical joint. Makes the whole job a lot less fiddly.
